This shop has ALWAYS been WONDERFUL with my pets and thats that I have 8 dogs, and my dogs are very difficult to groom. I have 3 of them that are very old and have real bad arthritis, the staff is always very careful with them and gets them done quickly. I am so happy with the work they do.THANK YOU Vom Baron for always taking good care of Snoopy, Rusty, Lobo, Coco, Snickers, Mimi, Wilson and Baby.

I would like to send a BIG Thank You to Danielle. She took a bad expierence I had with a local groomer and turned it into a positive expierence. I took my poodle Honey that was so matted because of the last groomer I took her to left a hole in her knee and tried to cover it up which left me more than a little untrusting of groomers. I want to tell you that I was so very happy with the job that Danielle did on Honey and to see that Honey was happy too was without words. So here's Kudos for having such a caring person working there.

I moved here to El Paso from Canada...Work brought me here. I travel a lot and have unfortunately had to go to so many different groomers. Don't get me wromg there has been some good and plenty of bad groomers. I own 2 Bouvier des Flandres They are a very big hairy dog and mine ...well a bit obnoxious. Well anyway to get to my point In all the years and many miles of traveling and many groomers I have to admit that Vom Baron Grooming has been with NO DOUBT the BEST Groomers I have had the pleausure to deal with. They did a wonderful job on Bonnie & Clyde. Now like I said before my kiddos are a bit on the obnoxious side and well they could really give the groomers a hard time...well the groomers at Vom Baron handled them with such experience, care and understanding. I couldn't believe how good they were with my kiddos. To be honest I really find it HARD to believe any of the negative reviews some people have posted, especially if we're talking ... brought me here. They do a super job!!! The first time I went to get my dog groomed it was not exactly what I wanted. I explained to them how I wanted my little Dolly done, she's a mutt and I like her done a certain way. Well when I picked her up the next time she was perfect and has been ever since. I have now been going to Vom Baron for 2 yrs and I am very happy with their work and with the kindness and understanding from all the staff. I have since then adopted another little pound puppy and he too looks precious and just perfect when I get him back from the groomers. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my babies and for making them look PERFECT... and for me to say that is rare because I'm a picky old lady.

I want to thank one of you're groomers (Ruben) so much for taking the time and having so much patience with my Schanuzer "Buster" He is such a handful and he is an awful nipper. By the time the groomer was done, he had been bit at least 5 times...poor guy. I just want to thank you so much he looked great and I know he felt so much better. Like I said he is a handful and nobody wanted to groom him without sedating him or charging me an arm and a leg, so he hadn't been groom in almost a year "Yikes". But you did a wonderful job...
